Joe Thomas is best remembered for the career he had with the Cleaveland Browns as an offensive lineman. Throughout the eleven seasons he spent with them, he was able to become part of the Pro Bowl ten times. Thomas was always quite big and he reportedly weighed more than a whopping 300 pounds. Just months after he officially retired in March 2018, he apparently was able to lose around 50 pounds. He did not go on a strict diet or anything and he just claims that he stopped overeating.
