If You Own One Of These Vintage Toys You Might Just Be Rich!
There is no doubt that we live in the era of “fast toys” in the sense that what is new today might be old and useless tomorrow. Kids are always looking for the next best thing in toys and they always want the newest and the latest. Hey, don’t blame them – we wanted exactly the same when we ourselves were at their age! Of course, if back then we knew that all those old toys would cost a fortune today, we probably would have never thrown them away! Nowadays, there is a vintage craze and everybody is collecting retro things – from outdated cameras and clothes to old toys. Ebay is full of vintage paraphernalia waiting for a collector to pay a lot of money even if it’s just a tiny Playmobil figure. So, how many of these listed toys did you have and how much you could sell them for?
Cabbage Patch Dolls – Estimated Value $360K

Cabbage Patch Dolls weren’t actually born in a field of vegetables but inside the mind of a 21-year-old art student, Xavier Roberts during the ’80s. And even if they weren’t the prettiest of toys for a child to have, they were very popular back then. Unfortunately, most of the remaining dolls are not worth that much. Usually, you can find them on eBay rather cheap – from $60 to $160 unless of course, you are Pat and Joe Prosey, the owners of the largest Cabbage Patch Kids collection in the world. These collectors decided to sell their collection for $360K! What do these people think they are selling? Gold bars?!
