Jenna Ortega’s “Wednesday” Premiere Glam Is a Hauntingly Beautiful Fashion Moment

Jenna Ortega just walked the red carpet for the "Wednesday" Season 2 premiere. The 22-year-old actress’s press tour style turned heads and timelines, showing off a high-fashion twist on the gothic vibe her Netflix character is known for. Ortega’s looks were more than just pretty dresses. They told a story. A haunted, beautiful, stylish story.

For the Paris premiere at "Le Beach Club de Mercredi," the "Scream VI" actress stepped into a dramatic Vivienne Westwood gown. This wasn’t your average red carpet dress. It was deep mauve, ruffled like crazy, and had a sheer corset panel that made it feel vintage and bold at the same time.

The cinched waist and exaggerated silhouette screamed Victoriana drama, but with that edgy Westwood spin. Bleached eyebrows, a Loree Rodkin cross, and chunky platforms made her look like a haunted pirate queen from the future. It was eerie and electric. You bet it fit the "Wednesday" world perfectly.

Then came London. Different city, same energy, just with more snake. Ortega showed up in a semi-sheer latex gown from Ashi Studio that looked like it was inspired by a snake mid-molt. The high neckline and frayed ruffles hugged her body, trailing into a mermaid tail that moved with her like a spell.

The Power of Bleached Brows and Killer Glam

Jenna Ortega’s eyebrows deserve their own headline. She bleached them for another role, but instead of covering them up, she leaned in. The result? A ghostly, high-fashion twist that made every look feel more otherworldly. Makeup artist Mélanie Inglessis played it cool with smoky grays and taupes, ditching color to keep things haunting.

Hair was just as deliberate. Hairstylist Cesar Deleon Ramirez switched things up between braided ponytails and half-up, soft waves. Extensions added volume and drama. Every strand was styled with purpose, always supporting the mood of the outfit. These were part of the whole spooky-chic picture.

Dressing the Part Without Copying the Character

Ortega’s stylist, Enrique Melendez, knew what not to do. No literal pigtails. No cartoonish goth costumes. Instead, he hinted at the "Wednesday" vibe in clever ways. For a London photo call, she wore a sculptural Givenchy bralette that nodded to Wednesday Addams' shape and strength without copying it.

At a post-premiere dinner, she switched into a silky champagne gown from archival DKNY, proving she can flip the script but stay on brand.

Ortega / IG / Jewelry made things even more interesting. Loree Rodkin crosses and Bondeye hoops added that spooky, occult touch. But nothing felt overdone.

This press tour was all about creating a new version of gothic fashion. Ortega’s team pulled pieces that mixed Tim Burton-level fantasy with runway grit. Corsets, sheer panels, and reptilian textures brought out the dark magic of "Nevermore Academy," but made it wearable in the real world. Think haunted elegance, not Halloween costume.

Jenna Ortega’s fashion during the "Wednesday" Season 2 tour shows that goth doesn’t have to be basic. It can be sleek, couture, and even romantic. Her looks proved that fashion doesn’t need to play it safe to be iconic.

As Season 2 drops on August 6, the hype is real, not just for what is on screen, but also for what she will wear next.
