28 Former NFL Players Who Remind Us Nothing Is Impossible With Their Incredible Weight Loss

Jordan Gross – Nearly 100 Lbs

From 2003 until 2013, Jordan Gross was part of the Carolina Panthers. He made it into the Pro Bowl thrice in his career. Since he was an offensive tackle, Gross really had to maintain his 300-pound weight. This meant overeating most of the time. When he retired from playing back in 2014, he finally got to replace his crazy eating habits with a normal diet. He also became fond of running trails. Gross was able to lose almost 100 pounds thanks to the effort he put in his nutrition and lifestyle. These days, he works as a sideline reporter for The Panthers Network.
