40 Portraits, 4 Girls and 40 Years – The Brown Sisters’ Heartwarming Transformation Over Four Decades Captured in Pictures
Wearing Dresses In Hartford, 1976
The second picture was taken exactly one year later, in Hartford. One day, the sisters just met each other. Nixon accompanied Bebe and quickly noticed that, surprisingly, the sisters were dressed in the same style and decided to create another memorable family photo of them. The sun was shining, and it seemed like a perfect moment to keep up the tradition.
But as you can see, not all the girls look enthusiastic about it. While Heather and Mimi have smiley faces, Bebe and Laurie seem unsatisfied. That’s possibly because they are wearing the same dresses in different colors. Maybe they didn’t want to be compared to each other, but Nixon couldn’t wait for another perfect moment and took the picture anyway.
