The infamous Chopper was one of the coolest things you could own in the ’70s
If you take a step back in time and find yourself immersed within the ’70s, you’d likely notice that many people would drive around on a “chopper” or some variation of this motorcycle. It was the definition of what being cool was all about and people with a whole variety of income and bank account sizes were getting in on the trend. This was helped by the 1969 movie Easy Rider which showcased some of the coolest bikes you’d see at the time, including a customized Harley Davidson and a chopper designed à la Captain America style.
