In 2017, Beth and Dog were faced with their most dangerous adversary yet. Beth had been diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer. Fans of the show were very concerned when she broke out the news, and everybody’s world turned upside down in a matter of days.
Fortunately, Beth underwent an immediate procedure and achieved a period of remission. After that, they briefly returned to A&E for a special called Dog and Beth: Fight of Their Lives, where they shared the whole process and celebrated Beth’s recovery and Dog’s unwavering support through the ordeal.
