Beth endured several losses over the years in her tumultuous life. But certainly, the most painful to accept was the passing of her dear father, Gary Smith. It happened just months before her wedding with Dog. Her dad was not present to walk her down the aisle, but they shared numerous experiences together before the end.
Gary Smith actually worked alongside Beth and Dog on their show after retiring. “Pops”, as he was known on the show, was not only her father but also her best friend. This was something that she shared with fans through Instagram on Father’s Day.
