Dubai is a prosperous country, so it is normal to assume that food would be cheap and easy to come by, but for the few who can’t afford it, there’s no need to fret. The picture above is from a sign in front of a restaurant that offers free food to those who are hungry and unable to pay for a meal.
The restaurant serves complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner to over 30 people daily, and its owner said it was a way to give back to the community. Since it opened in 2011, the restaurant has established three more branches across the city.
