Mia Farrow – Born in 1945

American actress and activist Mia Farrow first gained prominence for her role as Allison MacKenzie in the popular television soap opera “Peyton Place” in the mid-1960s. But her breakthrough film role was in Roman Polanski’s 1968 psychological horror film “Rosemary’s Baby.” Her performance earned her a Golden Globe nomination and made her a leading actress.
Throughout the 1970s, she appeared in films such as “The Great Gatsby” (1974) as Daisy Buchanan and “Death on the Nile” (1978). She also collaborated with her ex-partner and director Woody Allen, starring in 13 of his films. Since 2000, she has served as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, focusing on child welfare in conflict zones in Africa.
