This copycat chose Captain Jack Sparrow’s controversial character to carry out his mischief. He decided to pick on NBC 4 reporter Madison Brooks as she was on Hollywood Boulevard reporting the launch of the finale of the popular television series “Breaking Bad.” Though he was caught sniffing her hair on camera, the whole incident turned out to be a prank on the said woman.
