Talking on the phone while driving can be a major distraction. Using hand-held phones while driving is not only dangerous but also illegal in many countries, and in 24 states of the USA. Therefore, seeing a driver on the phone while driving is not only worrying but also alarming.
While it appears that the driver in question is parked, the fact remains that she was still on the phone, which is not ideal. To avoid any future mishaps, investing in a hands-free option seems like the best way to avoid getting into trouble with the law. Also, how did she not feel the tug on her ponytail?
