She started by subscribing to a meal service from The Fresh Diet, allowing her to consume 1600 calories daily.
As per Style Craze, Aguilera also followed the Rainbow Diet, consuming foods based on their color, including veggies, fruits, and protein sources like chicken. The Grammy winner’s exercise routine incorporated yoga, Pilates, chest press, treadmill running, and side lunges. Within three months, the ’90s pop icon lost 40 pounds.
