As per CNN, Oprah Winfrey revealed in 2016 that she let go of over 40 pounds and did it through one of the most famous weight loss programs. We’re talking about Weight Watchers. In a story initially published on the PEOPLE website, Oprah said she still eats food she loves, like tacos and pasta. Yet, she never felt constrained following their system.
The Queen of All Media also said she started exercising more and aimed to walk at least 10,000 steps daily. In January 2023, ”The Oprah Winfrey Show” host shared a peek at an end-of-year gratitude hike on social media.
