Britney Spears gave her fans a peek at the produce-filled lineup of foods she says helped her lose 4 pounds in an Instagram post in 2019. According to PEOPLE, certain fruits and veggies helped with her asthma, stress, weak eyes, and headaches.
The “Circus” songstress also opened up about her exercise habits in the video that showed off her toned tummy. Spears then attended a Drenched Fitness class where HIIT cardio and circuit training rotated every 15 minutes to keep things interesting. The post came after the Princess of Pop accused paparazzi of modifying pictures of her in a bathing suit, making her appear 40 pounds bigger.
