Janet Jackson – Lost 70 Pounds in 2017
After starting her “Unbreakable” tour in 2015, Janet Jackson decided to take a break and start a family. Two years later, she gave birth to her son Eissa. By the time of the tour’s continuation, “The State of the World Tour,” Jackson had shed the nearly 70 pounds she accumulated during her pregnancy.
The “Broken Hearts Heal” songstress didn’t do any cardio. Still, she worked out rigorously with her trainer Paulette Sybliss four times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes. Jackson disclosed that they skipped exercises that tended to be hard on the body during the intense training. They were doing three or four exercises with weights back to back.
