In April 2022, Jessica Simpson took to Instagram to share a radiant photo of her smiling to mark a major milestone. In the picture’s caption, the actress-turned-entrepreneur said she lost 100 pounds thrice and couldn’t believe she was finally wearing a bikini again.

According to the Eating Well website, “The Dukes of Hazzard” star further opened up about her 100-pound weight loss during an appearance on “The Real.” After welcoming her third child in March 2019, Simpson went on a program created by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. The plan was The Body Reset Diet, described in detail in a revised book.
