Ralph Carter — 1961
Born in 1961, Ralph Carter initiated his illustrious career on Broadway at age nine. Celebrated for his role as Michael Evans on the CBS sitcom “Good Times,” he had already garnered acclaim in the Broadway musical Raisin, winning a Drama Desk Award and a Theatre World Award in 1973 and 1974, respectively. He had even secured a Tony Award nomination.
Ralph’s musical talent also shines in his 1975 album “Young and in Love,” with hit songs charting impressively. After exiting the television industry, he returned to his theatrical roots. According to 2023 reports, he holds the position of Vice President at the Audience Development Committee (AUDELCO).
