Pound Puppies were created by Mike Bowling in 1984 and every kid back then wanted to cuddle one of these cuties. Each Pound Puppy came in a cardboard carrying box with adoption papers and they even had their own TV show. And although during that time, owning a plush toy like that didn’t require a significant amount of money, nowadays, a first edition Pound Puppy can cost around $5K. Well, we guess that for a collector buying a first edition Pound Puppy, it is much like making an investment!
