Rumor has it that Jerry Rice ventured into real estate, and judging by his former California home, it seems like he knows a thing or two about the matter. As it happens, the former wide receiver of the San Francisco 49ers reportedly bought this stunning 13,900-square-foot mansion in 1997 for $2.6 million, and after some serious renovation, he managed to sell it for a whopping $9 million in 2013.
