Kelly Clarkson – Lost 37 Pounds in 2018

In 2018, Kelly Clarkson shared that she shed 37 pounds and credited “The Plant Paradox.” It’s a diet based on Dr. Steven Gundry’s best-selling book, which nixes gluten and other “lectins,” a kind of protein found in many veggies, fruits, nuts, and more. The “Stronger” songstress said she initially tried the “lectin-free” plan to help with an autoimmune disease and a thyroid issue. However, she lost weight as part of this comprehensive health approach.

In 2023, Clarkson shocked everybody with an on-air grunge look for a performance on her daytime talk show, “The Kelly Clarkson Show.” That same year she returned as a judge on “The Voice.”
