Shonda Rhimes – Lost 150 Pounds in 2017
According to Insider, Shonda Rhimes shed 150 pounds despite hating every single second of losing weight. Rhimes, who gave us shows like “Grey’s Anatomy” and “How To Get Away with Murder,” lost the excess pounds by only eating whenever she got hungry, drinking lots of water, and working with a personal trainer.
In a newsletter written by the television writer/producer in 2017, she disclosed that weight loss wasn’t a topic she liked discussing. According to the Daily Mail, Rhimes revealed in the post that following her body transformation, things got weird. The TV hitmaker noted how women she barely knew gushed and how men finally spoke to her.
