Katy Perry isn’t a stranger to outlandish outfits and theatrical performances as documented by just about every music video she’s released. The same applies to her live performances, and she went all out for her Dolly Parton tribute performance at the 2019 Grammys.
She had on a candy-hued ensemble designed by Balmain, which she wore on the red carpet before taking to the stage for her performance. She received a fair share of criticism online for her outfit choice, and her performance of Parton’s hit Here You Come Again didn’t fare any better.
