Lady Gaga is another celebrity who isn’t a stranger to Avante Garde looks. That’s why we aren’t too surprised that she chose to wear a beef jerky dress to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. Five years after her red carpet debut, the outfit made a comeback in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
The Director of Collections, Jun Francisco, explained that the outfit had traveled extensively around the country. It had to be transported within a temperature-controlled truck, and it held up decently. The outfit is Lady Gaga’s, but she loaned it to the museum for their Women Who Rock exhibit.
