Though Anthony Perkins passed away at the age of only 60, four were spent in Hollywood out of those six decades. He got his big break with the movie Friendly Persuasion. Later, his movie Psycho also gained a lot of popularity, aside from building a great bank balance. The list of his other films comprises Crimes of Passion, Five Miles to Midnight, On the Beach, and Fear Strikes Out.
After his death, his son, Oz Perkins, stepped into his father’s shoes and acted in the movie Psycho II. However, Oz found his niche in direction and script-writing rather than acting. He is doing pretty well for himself and has already found a foothold in the industry. He has scripted and directed films quite a few films till now and has shown promise.
