Homer James was born to Carey Lowell, Gere’s second wife. He was just 13 when his parents decided to file for a divorce. Richard Gere is happily married to Spanish publicist Alejandra Silva now, but Homer stays with his mother. Despite all the emotional turmoil in his life, he seems to have handled things maturely. And that speaks volumes of the kind of person he is! He has made public appearances with either of his parents and he seems to be comfortable enough in the spotlight.
