Barrack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and moved to the States after graduating from high school. Before becoming a student, he was already pretty involved in American political matters. He studied at Harvard Law School and Chicago Law School and worked as a lawyer for many years. That’s when he met his wife, Michelle, as well. He became a Senator in Illinois in 1996, starting his political career officially. In 2008, he became the first African-American US President. His presidency ended in 2017. In late 2018, a man named Cesar Sayok, who was later arrested, sent a packaged bomb to Obama as well as to other Democratic candidates.
