The teacher peered at the student’s essay, her face scrunched up in concentration. She could hardly believe her eyes; the handwriting was so minuscule that it was almost indistinguishable! Even with her glasses, the words were a blur. She contemplated investing in a magnifying glass but then thought better of it.
Instead, she decided to take a more creative approach. With a mischievous glint in her eyes, she turned to the student and asked what grade they wanted. It was a funny way to get to the bottom of the mystery and break the tension. It was a win-win situation, and the teacher was glad she’d taken a light-hearted approach.
