It’s not every day you spot someone cradling a capuchin monkey like a newborn while browsing the snack section. Tucked inside a zebra-striped blanket with a pop of pink, this little guy looks like he’s having the coziest nap of his life. The woman holding him isn’t stressed or in a rush. She’s on a mission, and it probably involves bananas, baby wipes, or both.
Maybe she just rescued him. Perhaps he’s her sidekick for life. Either way, it’s not the kind of sight that makes it into the store handbook. Nobody’s questioning it either, because when someone walks in with a jungle animal in their arms, you just let them shop.
