Joan Collins
Joan Collins is an easily recognizable actress with a career that began in 1951 with an uncredited role in Bikini Baby. She was born in 1933 in London and trained at the famous Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She transitioned to Hollywood at twenty-two. Some of her first larger roles were in The Girl in the Red Velvet Swing and also Rally Round the Flag, Boys! in the ‘50s. Collins was in several horror movies during the ‘70s, while her true big break came when she was cast in Dynasty, the critically acclaimed soap opera of the ‘80s. Joan’s most recent role was on American Horror Story in 2018.
