Caleb Campbell might have been born in an era where war wasn’t a thing anymore, but this didn’t stop him from his dreams of serving in the Army. He went to college at the U.S. Military Academy and was part of the Army Black Knights football team.
Campbell made history in 2008 when he made it into the NFL draft. But despite becoming part of the Detroit Lions, he wasn’t able to play because of his military service. He later became part of the practice squads of the Indianapolis Colts and Kansas City Chiefs in 2011, but he didn’t make it to their final roster.
