Elvis Presley and Ann-Margret met in 1963 to shoot the movie, Say It with Music. Being young, famous, and on top of the world, the two immediately connected and started a love affair. However, since Elvis was engaged to Priscilla at the time, Ann-Margret found the relationship to be doomed.
In this 1963 photo, Elvis and Ann-Margret sing and dance together on the set of Viva Las Vegas. Many years later, Ann-Margret confessed in a 1994 autobiography that Elvis would send her guitar-shaped floral arrangements every time she played in Las Vegas, despite both being married at the time.
